Edward Barrow


Edward Barrow is the Associate Director of Special Projects with The Reilly International Group Ltd. He has extensive experience in the security field, undercover operations, business intelligence, industrial counter-espionage investigations, asset searching, interrogations, physical security, and information assets protection. Mr. Barrow has a broad background in engineering, sciences, auditing, cost reduction, purchasing, budget controls, and system reviews with extensive resident experience in the United States, Europe, and the Far East.

Mr. Barrow for thirteen years was the Director of Special Projects for Kroll Associates, Inc. Prior to Kroll Associates, he was Director of Purchasing for ITT Far East and Pacific in Tokyo, Japan where he operated an intelligence gathering operation to monitor Japanese manufacturers, coordinated purchases from the Orient for ITT companies, trained foreign nationals in American business practices, and negotiated licensing agreements and joint ventures.

He previously established Natsilco International in Milan, Italy, a purchasing organization for firms in the European Economic Community.  Mr. Barrow was also the Director of Materials for Knight Electronics Corporation  and Manager of Purchasing for Raytheon Marine Products.

Mr. Barrow received a B.S. degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) from Heald Engineering College. He is an Associate Editor and contributor to the McGraw-Hill Purchasing Handbook and has had articles published on Purchasing and Materials Controls. He has lectured at the Graduate School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, at Hunter College and Pace University in New York, and has been active in the Society of American Value Engineers, The Purchasing Management Association, The American Records Management Association, and ASIS International.
