Pre-Employment Background Investigation
Outcome: Applicant Discrepancies Disclosed; Applicant Not Hired

A corporation retained The Reilly International Group to conduct a pre-employment background inquiry. Applicant was found using several aliases with numerous addresses. Employment verification failed to locate employer, and education verifications failed to identify school matriculation records. Applicant was identified as a defendant in five civil suits, and had been convicted for burglary, driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, and hit and run.  Client chose not to hire applicant.
